The house is located directly above the harbor in a quiet residential area in Morro Jable. And offers enough space for 2-4 people. On the ground floor is the kitchen, which is equipped among other things with a ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a refrigerator including freezer. Furthermore, on the first floor is a dining area for 4 people and the cozy living area with access to the large beautifully landscaped terrace, which invites you to relax. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and access to the balcony with side sea view and the other with two single beds. Two independent bathrooms and toilets are distributed on the two levels. To the village center with many restaurants, shops, banks & pharmacies it is about 10 minutes walk. Or to the kilometer long sandy beach of Morro Jable/Jandia. The house is ideal for people who do not want to do without comfort and want to be a little away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Highly recommended also for families!
