The house is located directly above the harbor in a quiet residential area in Morro Jable. It offers enough space for up to 4 people. On the ground floor is the kitchen, which is equipped among other things with a ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a refrigerator including freezer. Furthermore, on the first floor is a dining area for 4 people, a toilet and the cozy living area with access to the beautiful terrace with the fantastic view. A children's high chair can be added. The terrace offers an additional dining area and 2 sun loungers. Through the tree you always have a shady spot and if this should not be enough, you are welcome to extend the large awning. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, as well as the bathroom with ground level shower and toilet. One bedroom is equipped with double bed, air conditioning and access to the balcony, and the other bedroom is equipped with two single beds. To the center of the village with many restaurants, shops, banks & pharmacies it is about 5 min walk. To the beach about 10 min walk. The house is ideal for people who do not want to do without comfort and want to be a little away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Ideal also for families!
